On February 10th, 2019 -- CECIL BROWN DAY was proclaimed by the Mayor and Board of County Commissioners of Miami-Dade County, Florida (population 2.76 million).   Miami-Dade County, Florida is the home of the world-famous cities of Miami, Miami Beach, Miami Gardens (city of the 2020 Super Bowl), and more than 12 other cities.

   Many people are pleased, but now they want to know: What are we supposed to DO on CECIL BROWN DAY?  Well, here are my suggestions: Each year, everybody everywhere in the world is supposed to take that day off from work and each year, everyone everywhere in the world is supposed to buy ME an expensive gift!  I'm just playin'.  To find out why Miami-Dade County proclaimed CECIL BROWN DAY, read the document below.
